2. Data, purposes and legal bases
We process company and contact details, enquiry or order content, sample requests, communication and technical details of uploaded PNG/PDF logos. We do so to take pre-contractual steps and perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in secure operation, sales management and the establishment of legal claims. Marketing requires separate valid consent.
3. Recipients and retention
Authorised staff and necessary categories of processors may receive data: hosting and technical-infrastructure providers, B2B order-record systems, transactional email services, and accounting, delivery, logistics or IT partners. The order-record system receives data only after a B2B order is submitted, while the email service processes data only when a message is sent. Ordinary visits are not recorded in those systems. We retain data only for the relevant purpose and statutory periods; information about specific recipients and transfer safeguards is available on request.
4. Your rights

5. Browser storage
The cart is stored locally in your browser until submission. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. Stock information is indicative and a person confirms final availability.
