1. Supplier and contract
The supplier is Vezenje HOMEC, splet in promocije, Sandi Homec s.p., Fužine 14, 4224 Gorenja vas, Slovenija; MŠ 3741915000; ID za DDV SI57966818. Website submissions are requests or orders, not automatic availability confirmations. A contract is formed when products, quantities, customisation, price, lead time and delivery are confirmed in writing or the customer accepts a quotation.
2. Prices and discounts
Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. Total-quantity discounts per order are: 5+ pieces 10%, 10+ 15%, 25+ 20%, 50+ 25%. Customisation, artwork, delivery and special packing are charged as stated in the quotation. The written confirmation controls.
3. Stock, customisation and samples
Stock is indicative; final availability and lead time are confirmed. Customers uploading PNG/PDF logos warrant that they have usage rights. Embroidery, DTF or screen printing is produced after feasibility and placement approval. Samples remain our property; series, items, loan period, delivery and costs are confirmed before dispatch. Samples must not be washed or altered and must be returned on time; loss or damage beyond normal fitting may be charged.
4. Payment, delivery and complaints
Payment and delivery follow the quotation or invoice. Customers must inspect goods on receipt and report visible shortages, transport damage or quality issues without undue delay, with details and photos. We first seek repair, replacement or another proportionate solution. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
5. Law and privacy
Slovenian law applies. We seek an amicable solution before proceedings before the competent Slovenian court. Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy. The version available when an order is submitted and confirmed applies to that order.
